Don was absolutely wonderful. We had power outage due to a faulty neutral line in an ancient box. This was confirmed by the power company who suggested we need to replace it all. Don came right out and made arrangements in his schedule to get it all done the following day. Being without power, we were thrilled to find him. He did an amazing job! Highly recommend him!

I was in need of a licensed electrician to solve an outdoor outlet problem that I couldn't solve myself so I called Don at Professional Electrical and he came over right away and solved the problem immediately, this was actually the first time I needed a licensed electrician to solve a problem because basically I'm fairly handy but I'm not a real electrician when it comes to solving serious problems so I'm really grateful to Don and if I am ever in need of another electrician I am certainly going to call Dawn again, Thank you Don for a good job done and at a fair price.

PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL LLCI want to tell you what a great, though, & dedicated job Don did yesterday.I have a 37 yo home. Not real old, but old enough that they built things a little different back then. Less regulations etc. I knew the electrical system needed some TLC. It all started with one plug that my new sofa was plugged into. Concerned it could be the new sofa, I called PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL LLC. Don was catching up on things & getting ready to go on vacation with family, but he made time to come by. At this point, Id’ never met him. What a good guy!! He replaced 5 plugs & one Circuit Breaker. It took him hardly no time too. He knew exactly what to do with an older home. Fair prices, professional & very knowledgeable. They arrived earlier on the time frame they gave me, which I liked, and they made sure all the functions on my ceiling fans worked and verified with me on the controls and even pointed out any damages or imperfections on the ceilings fans I ordered from Home Depot.
